Covid-19 Policy and Information

Big Shot Photo Booths takes all reasonable prevention measures to insure the health and safety of their clients and their guests while providing photo booth services.  

All Big Shot Photo Booth hosts are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. 

While the State of New York has eased or eliminated various COVID-19 based restrictions on businesses, the conduct and performance of the services being provided by Big Shot Photo Booths are subject to those rules in place at the time the photo booth services are to be performed.

Based upon the scope of the social distancing restrictions in place at the time of the photo booth services, certain aspects of the photo booth operator/client interaction may be altered by necessity.

Client and all members of Client’s party agree to abide by the social distancing measures in force at the time of their session or event. Client and members of Client’s party explicitly agree and understand that failure to adhere to such social distancing measures places them at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure or transmission.

Client and members of Client’s party assume all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to the photo booth services being provided and accept sole responsibility for any illness, injury, damages, claims or expense arising there from regardless of the identity of the person alleged to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.  

A Covid-19 policy and waiver must be signed at the time of booking. 

If your booked event is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled due to Covid-19 closures, restrictions or related issues any deposit and/or payment made will be applied to the new event date or refunded in full.  

*Please note that we sanitize our equipment throughout your event and provide optional touch-free operation of all Big Shot Photo Booths.
