These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services (“Services”) provided by Big Shot Photo Booths (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Retainer / Deposit
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
1.2 Final Balance
Any remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to submit final payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments made.
1.3 Accepted Payments
We accept payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in cancellation of services.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
2.1 Standard Cancellations
In the event the Client cancels the event for any reason, the retainer and all payments made toward the balance are non-refundable.
2.2 COVID-19 Related Cancellations or Restrictions
If your event must be cancelled or rescheduled specifically due to COVID-19 closures, restrictions, venue limitations, or other related issues, any retainer or payments made will be applied to the new date or refunded in full, at the Client’s choice.
2.3 Provider-Initiated Cancellations
In the unlikely event Big Shot Photo Booths must cancel due to an emergency, illness, or other uncontrollable circumstance, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.

3. Event Requirements
To deliver the best experience, the Client agrees to provide the following:
3.1 Shelter
All photo booth setups must be fully protected from weather. Booths must be placed indoors or in a weatherproof structure such as a building, garage, or large enclosed event tent.
3.2 Space Requirements
Minimum clear space required:
10 feet wide
10 feet deep
7.75 feet high
(Additional space is appreciated and may enhance the setup and guest experience.)
3.3 Electrical Requirements
A standard 120V household outlet must be available within 50 feet of the booth setup location. The outlet must be dedicated and not shared with high-draw equipment.
3.4 Access & Setup
Client is responsible for ensuring the Provider has reasonable access to the setup area at least 45–60 minutes prior to start time. Uneven ground, unsafe conditions, or lack of access may impact our ability to provide services.

4. Equipment, Performance & Liability
4.1 Best Efforts Guarantee
Big Shot Photo Booths takes all reasonable steps to ensure a successful, problem-free event.
4.2 Equipment Malfunction
If equipment malfunction, environmental conditions, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering services as stated:
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Big Shot Photo Booths, its employees, contractors, and owners from any claims, suits, or damages arising directly or indirectly from these circumstances.
Any monetary refund will be limited to and shall not exceed the retainer paid for services.
4.3 Client Responsibility for Damages
Client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, attendees, children, or venue conditions.

5. Use of Images & Media Release
Client acknowledges and agrees that Big Shot Photo Booths may use photographs, digital files, videos, and reproductions from your event for:
Display
Advertising
Social media
Promotion
Website content
Contests
Publications
Any marketing or commercial purposes
without compensation to the Client or guests.
If a privacy restriction is required, it must be requested in writing prior to the event date.

6. Event Conduct
Client is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Big Shot Photo Booths reserves the right to discontinue services if:
Guests behave in a disorderly, unsafe, or destructive manner
The environment becomes hazardous for staff or equipment
Event conditions violate terms outlined in this Agreement
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Overtime Policy
Overtime may be available upon request if scheduling permits. Overtime fees must be paid at the time of extension.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather
Power outages
Venue restrictions
Acts of nature
Emergencies
Government restrictions
Pandemics
In such cases, refunds will follow the cancellation policies outlined above.

9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Big Shot Photo Booths, its owners, employees, and contractors from:
Any claims related to event conditions
Venue issues
Guest behavior
Use of images
Interruptions caused by outside factors
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Big Shot Photo Booths and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Acceptance of Terms
​By booking or paying the retainer, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
